If you are not completely satisfied with your digital purchase, you are eligible for a 100% refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, as long as the product link is still active on our website.

In the case of my live events: if you paid in full at the time of purchase and contact us at least sixty (60) days before your event, we will reschedule you for another live event or give you a full refund. All other refunds in whole or part are at the discretion of askmystery.com. Deposits will NOT be refunded.

How to Request a Refund

To process your refund, please follow these steps:

Proof of Purchase: Prepare a screenshot of your email receipt as proof of your purchase.

Request Submission: Email your refund request along with the proof of purchase to getanswers@askmystery.com.

Refund Processing: Upon receiving your request, our team will review it and initiate the refund process. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed. The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your card issuer or bank’s policies.
